Cancellation Policy

Bookings & Payments All class bookings are final and non-refundable. Classes cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or exchanged for another date. Your place is only secured once full payment has been received. Health & Participation By attending, you confirm you are medically fit to participate. You are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or concerns before class. Participation is entirely at your own risk. Injury Disclaimer Pilates and dance involve physical activity and carry a risk of injury. The instructor is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or illness resulting from participation, except where required by law. You should work within your own limits and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Class Changes Class schedules, venues, and instructors may occasionally change if necessary. If a class is cancelled by the instructor, an alternative class or credit may be offered. Personal Responsibility You agree to follow all safety instructions given during class. You accept responsibility for your own wellbeing throughout the session.
